It’s that time of the year again, fall has arrived, the weather is cooling off, and the holidays are just around the corner. Along with the nice weather come family and social gatherings, parties, and the three holidays known as the time of year where people tend to fall off of their healthy eating and exercise regimen and pack on a few extra pounds.

However, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas do NOT have to be a time to gain unnecessary pounds. With these recipes, you can enjoy seasonal favorites such as muffins, pancakes, pie, mousse and loaf breads all guilt free and 100% Clean! Not only that, they are all high in protein and use the hands down best protein on the market, SCIFIT PROTA-LYN.
