Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • 8 oz. nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, seeded and shredded
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Squeeze of lemon

Directions

  1. Mix chicken with garlic, oregano, lemon, oil, salt, and pepper, and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. For the tzatziki sauce, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, oil, salt, and lemon.
  3. Skewer chicken with wooden skewers and broil or grill for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
