She has graced the cover of Muscle & Fitness Hers. Jennifer got her start in fitness at a very young age taking Karate, cheerleading, dance, and gymnastics. Her cheerleading took her all the way to the NFL where she cheered for the Cincinnati Bengals.
After leaving the football field she continued her fitness journey as a bikini competitor in the NPC/IFBB. Jennifer’s NPC competition history is unique in that she won her class in ever one she entered. Jennifer says,”Success at a show is not where you place but how you train”.
She believes that if you give it your all you always place #1. She also thinks it is very important to stay focused on life as a whole and not get consumed with one thing. Family is first and without their support she says her success would not exist. She has a husband that does NOT help her cook but is always supportive, keeps her grounded, and makes her laugh everyday.
