John Cena, known best for his prowess in the squared circle gets out of his comfort zone (and clothes) in the upcoming, comedy,Trainwreck starring Amy Schumer and Bill Hader.
How intimate did things get between The WWE Superstar and film’s leading lady, Schumer? The answer – not very. According to ‘The Prototype’, the sex scene was anything but sexy to shoot.
“There was talk about it being a closed set, but within 20 minutes there’s two camera ops, two focus-pullers, three lighting guys, two sounds guys, props,” said Cena at the Trainwreck junket in Los Angeles. “Catering was in there at one point. It became the most un-intimate environment possible – and that helped!”
Along with a notable towel used in his (virtually) nude scene, Cena apparently also found use for one other item to keep him covered throughout the course of the shoot. “It was all day,” Cena told Access Hollywood, adding, “My mom is probably so proud – I wore a sock to work all day! Special.”
