Both men do some interesting drills during the workout. Are you conditioned enough to do a set of ten of the push-up variation that Griffin does mid-video? Unfortunately, Griffin’s season ended not too long after it began when he broke his ankle in the first pre-season game on August 9 and is out for the year. Recover well and get back to Gang Green as soon as you can, John!
