After months of training in NYC with his fitness pals lovingly dubbed the Dog Pound, he has been active in posting his progress on Instagram, most commonly his improvements on the deadlift. Maybe al those jokes about skipping leg day are getting to him, but the 6’2″ superhero is posting some impressive stats. Last week was a 435-pound single deadlift, and in this video, he’s clearly bringing up the bar for several reps. As to the exact amount of weight, we’ll let you count the plates. But one thing’s for sure: his legs are long, not skinny, bub.
