Read article“Whatcha gonna do brother when the 24″ pythons and Hulkamania run wild on you?” Back in the day when Hulk Hogan ruled the ring, there wasn’t much you could do, but hope to survive.
From hoisting 520 lb. Andre the Giant over his head for “the bodyslam heard around the world” to dismantling the Iron Sheik for his first WWF title, Hulk Hogan dominated the professional wrestling spotlight in the 80s and 90s. And now he’s back, brother! Yes, the Hulkster will be back in full swing Monday, February 24th for his long anticipated appearance on WWE’s flagship show, “Raw”. Hogan will then go on to host “WrestleMania 30” on Sunday, April 6 in front of a sold-out, raucous crowd at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.
“We are thrilled that Hulk Hogan has returned home to WWE,” said WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon. “It’s fitting to have him help us celebrate 30 years of WrestleMania and usher in a new era with the launch of WWE Network.”
Will Hogan brawl with any of today’s WWE big boys in WrestleMania 30? You never know, but we’re guessing he’ll be more likely to do most of his work outside the ring. No matter what his role, one thing’s for sure. The Superdome will be rockin’ once the wrestling legend makes his appearance.
