Along with flexing his impressive biceps, Perine also flexed his knowledge and insight of the annual event where thousands of bodybuilding enthusiasts flock each year to cheer on their favorite bodybuilders.
Some of the topics Perine hit on during the segment included the art of posing, the importance of diet, genetics and aesthetics, and the varying divisions in the sport of bodybuilding. Juan Morel, Sadik Hadzovic and Juliana Malacarne, who are all competing in this year’s Olympia made an appearance as well to showcase their flawless physiques and share some helpful tips for getting lean and ripped.
