Read articleIs there nothing Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson can’t do? From rescuing puppies to being immortalized at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood, the leading man with the large muscles has shown time and again that he can pretty much do whatever he sets his mind to. “More and more pieces like this are popping up … I care DEEPLY about our county… and the idea of one day becoming President to create real positive impact and global change is very alluring,” Johnson said on Instagram. “Buuuuut until that possible day, the most important thing right now is strong honest leadership from our current and future leaders of this country.” The Rock has spoken a lot about the Oval Office in recent months. In a feature for GQ, he stayed on message, saying a future in politics is not completely out of the question but that he’s still on the fence. Johnson is sticking to his key political word: alluring.
“The thought of being governor, the thought of being president, is alluring,” he said, going on to say that becoming the Commander-in-Chief would mean making a global impact on the lives of others.
