Few guys, let alone a big-time celebrity, would every publicly admit to having a debilitating porn addiction, but that’s just what Terry Crews did on his Facebook page.
In this recently posted video, Crews talks about the struggles he’s had over the years with pornography, and the consequences he’s suffered as a result of his addiction to it. “For years, years, years, I was addicted to pornography,” said Crews. “It really, really messed up my life in a lot of ways, and the Internet allowed my little secret to stay and grow. Pornography changes the way you think about people, they become objects, and things to be used, rather than people to be loved.”

Things got so bad, Crews almost lost the most important woman in his life. It was then the actor realized he needed to make a commitment to change and kick his addiction for good. “Once I changed my way of thinking and became aware of what I was doing it changed me. By putting it out there and telling the world, the addiction loses its power.” So that’s just what he did, and as a result has been free of this addiction for the past six years. “Its become my battle to help others going through the same thing,” says the jacked-star, and we’re confident he has every intention of doing just that.
