If boxing champion Wladimir Klitschko wasn’t already busy enough dealing with the theatrics of Shannon Briggs’ efforts to get a fight with him, now he has to deal with his actual challenger Tyson Fury turning up to press conference dressed as Batman.

Fury, who fights Klitschko on October 24 with the Ukrainian’s WBO, WBA, IBF and IBO titles on the line, rocked up to the London press conference to promote the fight in a yellow Lamborghini. When the challenger emerged he was fully clad in a Batman suit and declared: “I got a call from Gotham City, and I’m here.” No, we are not making this up.

Klitschko, 39,  hasn’t been defeated since 2004 and has steam rolled through challengers in recent years. At 6’9″, Fury is a huge man, but whether he has a game plan to withstand the constant barrage of Klitschko jabs and offer anything in return remains to be seen.Check out Fury in action. If the fight in Germany is as entertaining as this, then it could be an interesting evening, for however long it lasts.

Klitschko, for his part, looked slightly amused at best. He posted some footage of his training camp ahead of this assignment earlier this week. Check out the gym work about 1:25 into the clip:
