That’s the welcome that Dwayne Johnson’s Baywatch team leader Mitch Buchannon gives to new recruit—Zac Efron’s Matt Brody—and sets the tone for what could be the funniest movie of the summer.
And now that the newest trailer for the (officially R-rated) comedy has hit the Internet, it’s obvious that director Seth Gordon has made sure the cast makes the most of that rating.
Between Johnson talking about his package size, calling himself an “oceanic motherf***er,’ and Efron dropping some choice words, this team is as foul-mouthed and hilarious as it gets:
Beyond all the glistening muscles and salty talk, though, the trailer does offer a few new looks at the movie’s plot. Priyanka Chopra’s villain, the lovely Victoria Leeds, finally gets her first lines that we’ve seen. The story comes more into focus, too: Brody, an Olympic champion and self-proclaimed bad boy, is recruited to help “restore the Baywatch brand” just as Leeds takes over the local beach club—where a trail of murder, drugs, and dead bodies seems to end. When they discover that trail, it falls to Johnson and his not-quite-ragtag crew of lifeguards to uncover the crimes, all while saving bikini-clad swimmers like model Charlotte McKinney from explosions and protecting the beach.
And oh yeah, it looks like comedian Jon Bass—who plays the out-of-shape comic foil for the team—snags super-hottie Kelly Rohrbach. Talk about winning one for the little guy (erm, big guy?) out there.
Efron and Johnson debuted a new poster for the film too:
