Pronated Wide-Grip Pullup

Instructions

  1. PRONATED WIDE GRIP PULLUP
    With your palms facing away from your body, grab the bar with a wide grip (slightly longer than shoulder-width apart).
  2. PRONATED WIDE GRIP PULLUP
    Keep your back flat and initiate the pull by retracting your shoulder blades. Initiate each rep from a dead hang; don't use momentum to get up.
