A progression of the traditional burpee, the DB Man Maker engages the core through the entire motion while increasing strength, power, and cardiovascular conditioning. To perform the move unweighted, raise each arm up as if you’re doing a Superman exercise, instead of rowing dumbbells. 

Instructions

    Start in a pushup position holding two hexagonal dumbbells
  2. Instructions step placeholder
    Row the weight one arm at a time. Then perform a pushup.
  3. Instructions step placeholder
    Jump your feet forward into a squatting position. Stand up, pull the weight up to your shoulders and then press it overhead.
