Instructions

  1. Lunge to Overhead Raise
    Begin in a split stance, left leg forward, right heel behind; hold dumbbells in front of thighs with palms up.
  2. Lunge to Overhead Raise
    Bend both knees 90°; at the same time, lift arms out to sides and bring them overhead, elbows locked. Lower dumbbells to sides as you rise from the lunge; repeat.
