The biggest weekend in bodybuilding is almost here. Joe Weider’s Olympia Performance and Fitness Weekend 2021 is set to take place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida during the weekend of Oct. 7-10. Fans, competitors, and returning 2020 Olympia champions alike can’t wait to gather in Florida to celebrate all things bodybuilding and fitness.
It isn’t just the fans in attendance or the many watching around the world on pay-per-view that are excited, either. Competitors in 11 professional divisions hope to take the title from the 2020 Olympia Champions. Nine of those divisions have champions that will be defending their titles. The only thing they want to hear is Bob Cicherillo announce, “And still” to signify that their defenses were successful. These five 2020 Olympia champions are showing on social media that they have done their homework and are ready to pose down in Orlando.

The 16th Mr. Olympia has spent the few months in Arizona with coach Dennis James to ensure that there is no 17th champion crowned or 2019 winner Brandon Curry doesn’t take back the title. James gave a sneak peek at the champ’s massive arms in this post while he was knocking out a set of curls.

The defending 212 champ out of New Jersey is facing stiff competition of his own. Former champ Kamal Elgargni and top contender Derek Lunsford are hot on his heels. “The GIant Killer” is leaving nothing to e. chance, and he is clearly performing each set of his leg workouts as if it will be the last.
Hendrickson had to regain the Men’s Physique crown from 2019 winner Raymont Edmonds. Now that the title is back in his possession, he intends on keeping a stronger grip on it. Even with a tank top on, you can see striations and details in his chest while performing this set of seated chest presses. Any contender looking to dethrone him better be on point.
The Wheelchair division hasn’t been around very long, and “King Kong” Kelley is the only Olympia champion in the division’s history. He is still very strong, even as he closes in on the end of his preparation for a fourth Wheelchair Olympia title. If you want to know what it’s like to train at an elite level, give his front delt triset a try. It’s no wonder his shoulders are one of his best bodyparts.
