The 2013 Arnold Classic Figure winner is Candice Keene!

In a surprising turn of events, Erin Stern dropped to third allowing Heather Dees to move up into second allowing Candice Keene to easily slide into first place.

In my opinion, it's very hard to judge a class with such physically fit and pefected beauty. As such, one has to deconstruct the athlete on stage, find the weaker points, and then assess who has the least of weak points.

Erin was off thus allowing the better conditioned Heather and Candice to move up in the well deserved ranks.
