Sunday may be a day of rest for some, but not “The Rock”. With a full slot of new projects on the horizon, the action star doesn’t have time to take a day off from the gym — as evidenced from his recent Instagram post where trainer, Hany Rambod pushes him to the limit with some heavy-ass, dumbbell rows.
Here’s what Johnson had to say about the day’s brutal workout. “Gettin’ after it extremely hard on this Sunday (as the good Lord would want it;). Training to shoot 3 movies (Baywatch, Fast & Furious 8, and Rampage) in a row for 12 months straight – starting TOMORROW with Baywatch.
