Prime Time Muscle
Tim Wilkins, Terrick El Guindy, and Chris Cormier always have their eyes on new talent entering the IFBB Pro League, and there was no way they would miss the debuting Carlos Thomas Jr., who was making his debut at the 2023 Texas Pro. Wilkins was aware of Thomas early thanks to MC’ing his coming out party at the 2021 Armed Forces Nationals show. Someone else you may know was also in the house to see that appearance. Nonetheless, the guys break down his physique and try to predict how successful he will be in the pro ranks, where all the boys are big boys. They also spoke about the Olympia battles that have taken place.

Femme Flex Friday
The ladies of Femme Flex Friday take on a challenging topic of discussion – sportsmanship. Lenda Murray, Whitney Jones, Wendy Fortino, and Camile Periat are all athletes as well as hosts, and they have seen both good and poor sportsmanship over the years. They have also had to show good sportsmanship as competitors. They go deep into the topic and share examples and stories of both versions. If you’re a regular viewer of FFF, then you will want to follow them on Instagram @femmeflexfriday when they go live at 5 PM Eastern time to talk about this very episode.
