Exactly three weeks after winning his second consecutive Olympia 212 Showdown title, James "Flex" Lewis successfully defended his title at the Prague Pro. It's not unusual for an Olympia champion to win a title in the weeks after the big dance, but it is rare for him to win looking even better then he did at the "O." But improve is exactly what Flex did and the package he put on display in Prague set a new standard for the ultimate 212 physique.
