Place all cake batter ingredients in a coffee mug or a small bowl, and mix using a fork. Place in microwave and heat on high for 45-60 seconds. (Be sure to watch cake as it rises in mug so it doesn’t overflow.) Remove from microwave, let cool for a minute before topping with JIF whip. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
