Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, cubed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 8 oz. nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, seeded and shredded
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt
- Squeeze of lemon
Directions
- Mix chicken with garlic, oregano, lemon, oil, salt, and pepper, and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
- For the tzatziki sauce, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, oil, salt, and lemon.
- Skewer chicken with wooden skewers and broil or grill for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
