Ingredients
1 (8 oz) frozen fish fillet (cod, swai, pollock, or haddock)
½ packet taco seasoning
2 whole-wheat tortillas
1 cup broccoli slaw, coleslaw, or shredded cabbage
½ cup pineapple chunks, canned in juice, drained
½ cup chunky salsa
Directions
Place fish in a pan with a small amount of water and sprinkle on taco seasoning. Cover and cook on medium heat until done, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cut fish into small pieces.
Place fish pieces in the middle of tortillas, layer on broccoli slaw and pineapple, and top with salsa.
