Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut meat
- 8 oz coconut water
- 1 small banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of ginger
- pinch of black pepper
- pinch of clove
- ice
Directions
- Put your muscles to work and carefully break open a fresh coconut.
- Pour the coconut water into a blender and with a spoon, scoop out the coconut meat.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend with a little ice for a detoxifying protein smoothie that tastes as good as cake.
