Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Fresh pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Light grill and make a medium-heat fire. Place cleaned, trimmed asparagus in a plastic gag with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix gently til coated. Remove, and grill for 3-4 minutes.
