Abelโ€™s Aesthetic Training Tip:

โ€œI like to start off my training week with legs, because itโ€™s less crowded at the gym for those moves. Most lifters work the chest on Monday, so everyoneโ€™s in there bench pressing. I also like to begin with compound movements and heavier reps. When you have the most strength, you want to do compound movements. Donโ€™t save those for later when youโ€™re already exhausted.โ€
