Many guys train their asses (as well as other parts) off to get in shape for summer, only to find themselves slacking off once the season starts.

Soon the six-pack becomes a four-pack, which then morphs into one rotund ab. Panic sets in, and suddenly a month’s worth of two-a-days seems the way to go. But it doesn’t have to be that way—you can scale back without destroying your physique if you:

A) Eat clean 85-95% of the time, and keep your body fat at 10% or lower.

B) Avoid boozing like Belushi in Animal House.

C) Train your body hard two or—preferably—three days a week, and throw in a 10- to 15-minute body-part finisher after each session.

To get your beach-worthy abs, crush this two-round circuit routine. Rest a minute before Round 2.
