Put your mental and physical toughness to the test with this brutal CrossFit-Inspired challenge that subtracts a rep from each round of the workout. You may think you feel pretty good by the third or fourth set—but in the last few, we guarantee that every muscle will be burning with exhaustion.

The only thing you’re not allowed to do? Quit.

Directions

The descending rep scheme and allows for great strength and conditioning work. Each movement is performed for 10 reps. Once all are completed, perform each movement with 9 reps, and so on down to 1 rep of each movement (10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1). Rest in between rounds as needed.
