Here’s her take on this variation: “Ball squats. Great simple exercise for anyone, no matter their age, weight or ability level.”

Double up on cardio and leg work. As Jen says: “Get the most out of this machine for your next elliptical workout! Instead of just going along steadily, add squat intervals to your cardio to really give your legs a workout. #seltering”.
