LR: I have to say it’s definitely the chest and abs.

LR: I love training my legs and gluteus the most. It’s an incredibly intense workout.

LR: That would have to be oatmeal with Muscle Infusion Chocolate Monster NUTREX. Delicious!

M&F: Which athlete/bodybuilder/celebrity do you think has the ideal body?

LR: There are lots of great ones to choose from, but Dwayne Johnson tops on my list.

LR: Any type of electronic music (house). I also really like to train to Brazilian hip hop.

M&F: If you were stranded on a desert island and could only take one gym machine/piece of workout equipment with you, what would you take and why?

LR: I would take the Smith Machine, because it allows me to do almost every kind of weight training exercise on it.
