What is your daily workout routine like?I like to mix it up day-to-day to keep myself interested,” Williams told Men’s Fitness. “Once or twice a week I work out with my personal trainer, which consists of 20 minutes of jump rope exercises followed by light weights with lots of reps of toning exercises.
