These six supremely refreshing, sparkling cocktails, on the other hand, will cool you down and take the edge off—without wrecking your diet or beach-ready six-pack abs.
The Sicilian Spritz
Ingredients– 4 oz Truly Spiked and Sparkling Blood Orange – 2 oz Pinot Grigio (or any other dry white wine) – 0.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower LiqueurDirectionsCombine all ingredients in a wine glass with ice and stir for 10 seconds. Garnish with a blood orange slice.
The ‘Crushed’ Greyhound
Ingredients– 2 parts Stoli Crushed Ruby Red Grapefruit – 2 parts club sodaDirectionsServe over crushed ice in a Collins or a rocks glass. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
Americano
Ingredients– 1 oz Campari – 1 oz Cinzano 1757 – Splash of club sodaDirectionsPour Campari and Cinzano 1757 over ice in a rocks or highball glass. Add a splash of club soda. Garnish with an orange twist.
The Santina Spritz
Ingredients– 3 parts Prosecco – 2 parts frozen Aperol – 1 part club sodaDirectionsScoop out frozen Aperol and place into a pitcher. Pour one bottle of prosecco over the frozen Aperol and top with soda water. Pour into glasses and garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig.
The Water-Meli
Ingredients– 1 1/4 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka – 2 oz fresh watermelon juice – 1/2 oz fresh squeeze lime juiceDirectionsCombine Tito’s, watermelon juice, and lime juice in a glass with ice. Stir to combine in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
The Classic Vodka Soda
Ingredients– 1 part New Amsterdam Vodka – 1 can of club soda – 1 lime wedge – 1 lemon wedgeDirectionsCombine New Amsterdam Vodka and club soda in a rocks glass with plenty of ice. Squeeze a wedge of lemon and lime and serve.

Ingredients– 1 1/2 cups ice – 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries – 8 oz Cascade Ice Wild Berry Sparkling Water – Your choice of rumDirectionsCombine the ice and frozen strawberries in a blender. Pour in the Cascade Ice zero-calorie Wild Berry Sparkling Water and your choice of rum. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh fruit.
