Anabolic Halo is MuscleTech’s post-workout recovery product. It provides a nice blend of fast digesting (whey), medium digesting (egg) and slow digesting (casein and milk protein concentrate) to maximize the anabolic effect post-workout. It also delivers both fast- and slow-digesting carbs, creatine, branched-chain amino acids (BCCAs), and glutamine for full recovery. It even provides a dose of tart cherry concentrate, which has been shown to aid recovery.
