After four Underworld movies, we know two things for certain about actress Kate Beckinsale: She can kick ass, and she looks good doing it.

The stunning actress is back again as the vampire Selene in Underworld: Blood Wars, the fifth installment of the action franchise. Since Beckinsale first picked up her guns for the franchise original back in 2003, the series has made over $500 million at the box office.

Beckinsale has shown range throughout her career in big budget films like Pearl Harbor, Van Helsing, and Total Recall, independent dramas like Love & Friendship and Brokedown Palace, as well as romantic comedies like Serendipity and Click—but she’s at her most badass when she’s taking down werewolves and saving the day.

Beckinsale is as beautiful an actress as there is in Hollywood, and that means she’s been the target of internet pranksters at some point. During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live in August 2017, Beckinsale revealed that she once found fake nude photos on Reddit of herself—and sent them to her mother.
